The Design & Build Studio was formed five years ago to complement and support the other departments within Parker Bromley.

Quite rapidly we became aware that this Design & Build service could not only support our own in-house work but also embrace outside projects as well.

We design and build for many Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Health Authorities, main contractors and consultants.

The Studio uses Electrical Design, Computer Aided Estimating (CAE) and Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) software to design cost-effective solutions, which can then be printed for client approval and comment.

Our design team are happy to be involved on everything from a domestic boiler change or electrical re-wiring through to large-scale domestic and commercial projects.

In addition we can also project manage the design and supervision from the initial design brief through the building process up to practical hand-over and completion.
