Triscott House Extra Care Housing - Breyer Group Having partnered on numerous renovation projects, Breyer Group choose Parker Bromley’s new build division to provide the Mechanical & Electrical works for 45 Extra Care housing units in Hillingdon. These extra care housing units, associated care facilities and community accessed areas will form the first Code 5 sustainable assisted living community in the country.

Raglan Homes - PB Maintenance Division for Thames Valley Area Raglan had previously been impressed by earlier decent homes works Parker Bromley had undertaken, so naturally turned to Parker Bromley when they needed a responsive repairs contractor for void works, adaptations and planned works for the Thames Valley region. After only 12 month Parker Bromley were also awarded the Kent and Sussex region taking, the patch stock to 4000 homes right across the South East. |

Dulverton & Dawlish Mansions - Holborn, London This £500,000 refurbishment project is for new mechanical building services installation to 52 apartments in Central London (heating, hot & cold water, drainage/waste, solar). The client is St Pancreas Housing, and Durkan are the main contractor. The properties will be eventually occupied by residents under a social housing scheme. |

"Norton House Goes Carbon Neutral" - Brixton, London Higgins have awarded Parker Bromley yet another contract, this time for Norton House, Brixton SW9. Works are already well under way to refurbish the central boiler plant with a biomass boiler and the replacement of the district mains underground pipe work. Contract value of £500,000. |
